Readers and accounts

Public stories can be read without an account. Children may use account features with a parent or guardian’s involvement. Where verifiable parental consent is legally required, Google sign-in or acceptance of these terms does not supply it; our current account flow does not yet collect that consent. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use. Do not provide a child’s personal information through profiles, public discussion or AI features. These terms do not replace any parental notice or consent required by law.

Use an account you are authorized to use and keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access; never share verification codes or passwords with support.

Respectful use and public contributions

Do not post personal information about children or other people, threats, harassment, discriminatory content, sexual content, spam, illegal material or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or manipulate credits and saved results.

You retain the rights you hold in your comments and other submissions. You give KidPuz permission to process, store and display them as needed to provide the features you use, including public discussion and AI feedback. Only submit content you have permission to share. We may hide or remove content and restrict accounts for misuse, safety or legal reasons. Contact support to question a restriction.

Stories and intellectual property

KidPuz materials may be protected by copyright or other rights held by KidPuz or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal reading and puzzle play. Do not republish, sell or redistribute stories or illustrations without the required permission, except where applicable law permits.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@kidpuz.com with the URL, identification of the work, the basis of your claim and your contact details. We will review the report.

AI feedback and credits

Puz responses and automated grading can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment and review the story clues. They are not professional advice, official assessments or guaranteed learning outcomes.

Some actions require credits. The interface shows the applicable cost before use; review it before submitting. Credit records and explanation access are tied to your account. Credits are service units, not money, and are not offered for cash redemption or transfer.

Credit purchases are not currently available. Pack information on the pricing page is a preview. Any future purchase flow must show its price, conditions and applicable refund information before payment; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Availability, changes and requests

We may correct puzzle content, change features or interrupt access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every answer and AI response is correct. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. For account closure, information removal, a complaint or a question about these terms, email support@kidpuz.com. The Privacy Policy explains how account information is handled.
