Support and puzzle feedback
Email support@kidpuz.com with the page URL, what happened and what you expected. For an account issue, write from the email address connected to your account when possible. Do not send passwords, payment details or Google verification codes.
For an incorrect answer or unclear clue, include the story title and explain your reasoning. Screenshots can help, but remove names and other personal information first.
Privacy and parent requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction or deletion requests. Parents or guardians can also report information submitted by a child and ask us to review it or stop further collection. Give us only the details needed to locate the record; we may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. Do not send a child’s identity documents in your initial email.
Content, safety and copyright
To report an inappropriate comment, safety concern or possible rights violation, include the exact URL and a description. For a rights concern, explain your relationship to the work and provide a way for us to contact you. Please avoid sending sensitive information through public comments.
